Provider Registration
All users must register (Create an account) for access to the ChoicePA web portal. Registration is completed electronically for validation and immediate log in ability.
Get Started in 3 Easy Steps:
1. Each Provider (NPI) identifies one or two ChoicePA Administrators (Admin)
2. The Admin creates an account and establishes a security PIN
3. Other users register using the security PIN from the Admin
